"And he gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the shepherds and teachers, to equip the saints for the work of ministry, for building up the body of Christ, until we all attain to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to maturity, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ". (Ephesians 4:11-13)

Our Staff Team

Danny Yoon
Lead Pastor
Pastor Danny was born and raised in Massachusetts and is through and through a lover of all things Boston, especially the sports teams. He started attending Cornerstone in 2009 while studying at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary and joined the pastoral staff in 2011. He is married to his college sweetheart Eunjee and they have a son named Judah.
Some of his passions in serving the church include preaching, 1-on-1 discipleship and counseling, and marriage enrichment.
In his spare time he loves watching and playing sports, fishing, and doing CrossFit. He also loves finding new cafes and feeding his guilty pleasure of buying overly expensive coffee.

Our Leadership Team
The Leadership Team (LT) at Cornerstone is a group of congregation-approved members who oversee the church both spiritually and operationally. On the operational side, the LT oversees church finances, makes sure we have a place to worship, and takes care of other business matters. On the spiritual side, the LT makes sure the Pastoral Staff has accountability and are taken care of and keep a general pulse of the congregation’s health. The overall goal is to maintain Cornerstone’s health as a Christ-centered community.

Andrew Lee
Leadership Team
Andrew has been part of Cornerstone since his freshman year at Boston College in 2018, serving in both the college and worship ministries over the years. He works as an analyst in the legal industry, and outside of work he enjoys watching or playing sports. As a Denver native, he's a die-hard Colorado sports fan who has come to love Boston and the Cornerstone community. This is his second time serving on the leadership team.

Debbie Tschong
Leadership Team
Born in Dallas and raised in Seoul, Debbie relocated to the Greater Boston area in 2011 and began attending Cornerstone Church in 2018. Before joining the Leadership Team, she served on the Pastoral Care Committee and the Women's, Young Adult, and Children's Ministry Core Teams. Debbie works in biotech and loves to spend her spare time collecting hobbies, attending live performances, and exploring new cities, restaurants, and recipes.

Erin Kim
Leadership Team
Born in New England but raised in Pittsburgh, Erin returned to Boston in 2023 and found her home at Cornerstone. She is an investment consultant by day and a runner/driver after hours. Around Cornerstone, her favorite places to connect are in the Cambridge community groups and at prayer meetings.

Toni Li
Leadership Team
After relocating from Toronto to Boston in 2021 for a career in data analytics, Toni found a spiritual home at Cornerstone and has served in the Worship and Women’s Ministries. She and her husband, Joshua, call South End home and love exploring local restaurants (where dessert is non-negotiable). On any given weekend, you can also find Toni taking recreational sports way too seriously.
